Changes in this release
Section titled “Changes in this release”[Update] Enhanced Translation Support
Section titled “[Update] Enhanced Translation Support”The Shipment Connector now includes comprehensive language support to improve usability for international users.
What has been done:
- Implemented all missing translations across the application
- Added German (Deutsch) language translations
- Added Dutch (Nederlands) language translations
- Added Norwegian (Norsk) language translations for nShift Ship Connector
Usability notes:
- Users can now work with the Shipment Connector in their preferred language
- All interface elements, messages, and labels are now available in German, Dutch, and Norwegian
- This improves accessibility and reduces the learning curve for non-English speaking users
- The language automatically follows your Business Central language settings
[Update] Improved Shipment Settings Interface
Section titled “[Update] Improved Shipment Settings Interface”The Shipment Settings page has been reorganized to provide better access to configuration options.
What has been done:
- Updated action setup on shipment settings pages
- Reorganized menu structure for easier navigation
- Improved accessibility to frequently used functions
Usability notes:
- Configuration options are now more logically grouped
- Frequently used actions are easier to find and access
- The improved layout reduces the time needed to configure shipment settings
- Users will experience a more intuitive workflow when setting up shipping agents and services
[Fix] Translation Error Resolution for API v1 Users
Section titled “[Fix] Translation Error Resolution for API v1 Users”Resolved a critical Translation error that affected users working with the nShift Ship API v1.
What has been done:
- Fixed Translation error which caused issues for API v1
- Improved error handling in the API v1 integration
- Enhanced stability when processing shipments through API v1
Usability notes:
- Users working with nShift Ship API v1 will no longer experience translation-related errors
- Shipment processing is now more reliable and stable
- This fix particularly benefits users who have not yet migrated to API v2
- No action is required from users - the fix is automatically applied with the update
Upgrade Considerations
Section titled “Upgrade Considerations”- This release includes translation updates that will automatically apply based on your Business Central language settings
- Users of nShift Ship API v1 should test their shipment workflows after upgrading to confirm the transaction error fix
- No breaking changes have been introduced in this release
- The update is compatible with all supported Business Central versions
