2.1 German translation

Multi Entity Management is now fully translated to German.

2.2 Replication List - Company information

At the Replication List the Show System Id function now shows both Company Name and Company System Id. These information are used for setting up the REST communication with an external Subscriber Environment.

3.0 Hotfix

3.1 Error when deactivating REST external subscription

Fixed an issue when deactivating the REST external connection, could cast an error if the Field setup had been changed.
